Job summary

Contour Airlines seeks a Director of Commercial Planning to lead network planning, forecasting, route performance, and strategic growth. You will determine aircraft deployment, evaluate new markets, optimize routes, and work with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, and the Operations teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative and financial skills with practical airline judgment and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executable decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience in airline network or commercial planning preferred.
• Excellent communication of complex analytical results to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, development, and optimization of route network and aircraft deployment.
• Develop detailed route-level business cases with revenue forecasts and cost estimates.
• Own route-level forecasting and commercial performance reporting across the network.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive growth.
• Support strategic growth, partnerships, and fleet deployment planning.
