All Aviation Jobs in Miami seeks a Director of Business Development to lead outbound prospecting and pipeline growth for Part 135 aircraft management. You will identify aircraft owners and intermediaries, build relationships, and schedule high-value executive meetings for the President and CEO.

You will manage opportunities through HubSpot CRM, advance qualified prospects, and convert interest into managed aircraft relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in aircraft sales, management, or business development.
• Understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operations preferred.
• Strong outbound sales discipline and professional executive presence.
• Comfortable engaging UHNW individuals and intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting & research to identify aircraft owners aligned with the management model.
• CRM & pipeline discipline using HubSpot to track zones from Prospect to Contract.
• Executive meeting generation and scheduling with leadership, including briefings.
• Market intelligence on fleet movements, aircraft transactions, and brokerages.
