Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline with 8+ years of regulated industry experience.
• Experience leading quality and regulatory-compliance programs across digital and AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Knowledge of GxP frameworks, AI governance, lifecycle, and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for QSEO AI transformation, governance and quality oversight across the PGS AI portfolio.
• Translate the Native-AI vision into governance strategies and implementation plans.
• Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, regulatory expectations and deployment considerations.
• Establish risk-based quality oversight for Digital and federated AI solutions throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Lead the AI Quality Review Board and GxP AI Steering Committee.
