Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise delivery.
• 4+ years in people management with performance responsibility.
• Proven portfolio ownership at multi-million dollar scale.
• Experience with AI platforms and deployment in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as deputy to the Corporate Technical Fellow for AI for the AI Integration org.
• Own the operating cadence for the AI portfolio and governance processes.
• Set technical baselines for AI systems delivery and release gates.
• Lead new AI initiatives from concept through funded planning and transition.
• Direct sustainment of AI capability across multiple classification levels.
