Job summary

NIQ in the United States seeks a Strategic Initiative Leader to shape and oversee a portfolio of AI transformation programs aligned with enterprise priorities, translating strategic priorities into roadmaps and accountable owners.

You will build alignment among senior business, Product, and Technology leaders, develop leadership narratives and decision materials, and establish governance to prioritize, mobilize, and oversee initiatives with strategic partners.

• Shape and maintain a portfolio of strategic AI transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Evaluate opportunities, investments, dependencies, risks, and sequencing to support leadership decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and areas of accountability.
• Build alignment among senior business, Product, and Technology leaders.
• Develop strategic recommendations, leadership narratives, and decision materials.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio progress, emerging risks, and decisions requiring executive attention.
• Help evolve governance, engagement models, and ways of working that support AI transformation.
• Establish repeatable approaches for prioritizing, mobilizing, and overseeing strategic initiatives.
• Lead relationships with selected technology, consulting, and strategic partners, ensuring their work supports enterprise priorities.
