Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Director of AI Strategy and Transformation to translate enterprise strategy into a coordinated AI portfolio. The role requires steering cross-functional teams, aligning senior stakeholders, and ensuring momentum across high-priority initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience leading AI or technology-enabled transformations and a portfolio of development efforts, with strong strategic judgment, executive communication, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, digital, data, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Formal Product Leadership experience involving a portfolio of development efforts is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIQ business, clients, products, or related data/insights environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a portfolio of strategic AI transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams around high-priority transformation opportunities and provide leadership for strategic initiatives.
• Build alignment among senior business, Product, and Technology leaders; develop strategic recommendations and decision materials.
• Evolve governance, engagement models, and ways of working to support AI transformation; oversee prioritization and execution.
