Page Executive is seeking a senior executive to lead M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships in the San Francisco area. You will identify opportunities, develop theses, and coordinate due diligence and execution across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, negotiations, and stakeholder management with executive-level communication to drive growth in AI, software, and enterprise tech domains.

Qualifikationen

7+ years in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or related fields.
Proven experience evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, or partnerships.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance expertise.
Experience leading due diligence and transaction execution processes.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic recommendations.
Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.
