Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly technical Director of Software Engineering to lead the NVIDIA Experience Team. You will engage directly with customers across CSPs, enterprises, and OEMs to deliver world-class AI server software and services.

You will partner with NVIDIA leaders to set priorities, drive execution, and scale solutions. The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and the ability to translate client needs into robust, measurable programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hardware and/or software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to engage and moderate successful interactions with engineering partners, vendors, and customers.
• Professional level communication skills and ability to adapt to technical audiences.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA customers to resolve or advance solutions.
• Drive RMA Operations excellence, CRM roadmaps, and interface with partners.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and version enterprise support process documentation and guidelines.
• Apply AI tooling to create new standard processes and improve cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor new engineers and interns; nurture employees for long-term impact.
