ABM Industries seeks a Director, AI Security Enablement to build ABM's enterprise AI security strategy, embedding security into AI, ML, and agentic AI across the business. You will lead a small team and work across engineering, data science, legal, risk, privacy, and operations.

The role combines hands-on cybersecurity with AI security expertise, guiding governance, guardrails, and technical controls while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Hybrid model with travel as needed.
