NVIDIA is seeking a visionary Developer Relations Senior Manager to lead Higher Education and Research activities in the US. Lead a high-performing team of DR Managers, guiding engagements across AI for science and scientific computing.

Role emphasizes building strategic relationships with academic labs, translating platform roadmaps into opportunities, and driving adoption of NVIDIA's stack including CUDA, NeMo, BioNeMo, PhysicsNeMo, Earth-2, Omniverse, and RAPIDS.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computational Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of industry and research experience, including 4+ years managing teams in developer relations, research engagement, or technical partnerships.
• Deep technical proficiency across foundational AI (LLMs, training, post-training, inference) and AI for science (domain AI applications, scientific computing, simulation).
• Proven track record engaging senior research stakeholders with credibility and strategic intent.
• Strong track record of driving platform adoption through technical enablement, community programs, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Developer Relations Managers to cover AI for science across domains.
• Architect a researcher engagement strategy across academic labs and research consortia.
• Establish relationships with PIs, lab directors, and institutional decision-makers to shape priorities.
• Champion NVIDIA's research platform from CUDA to NeMo and related tools across AI workloads.
• Develop NVIDIA's presence at major AI and scientific research venues (NeurIPS, ICML, SC) and run university programs.
• Collaborate with Research Account Managers, Solution Architects, Product, Engineering, and Business Development to translate researcher feedback into product insights.
