Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Director of AI-Ready Endpoint Infrastructure & Security to lead the strategy and operations of our enterprise endpoint ecosystem.

You will drive unified endpoint management, security, AI-enabled device architectures, and automated patching across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to implement a Zero Trust posture, monitor AI agent workloads on devices, and deliver scalable, secure endpoint solutions for a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Able to obtain and maintain CMMC Level 2 certification.
• 12+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
• 5+ years in a senior or lead technical leadership role.
• Hands-on with enterprise UEM platforms (Intune and/or Jamf).
• Experience deploying and operating EDR at scale.
• Automation tooling: Ansible, PowerShell DSC, scripting.
• Travel required; US citizenship for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operations of the enterprise endpoint ecosystem, including AI-ready workloads.
• Define and enforce UEM baselines, CIS-aligned policies, and conditional access.
• Lead device lifecycle management from provisioning to decommission.
• Design AI-ready endpoints with on-device AI and local model inference.
• Oversee EDR, SIEM/XDR integration, and incident response coordination.
• Drive automated patch management and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Develop IaC for endpoint configuration and automation.
• Govern zero-trust posture and compliance across devices.
