• 10 years of experience in engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lead consolidation of disparate experimentation tools/teams into a single, cohesive platform that delivers on needs of product areas to innovate, experiment, evaluate, and ship at massive scale/speed.
• Navigate highly-volatile and fast-evolving product requirements as AI-native capabilities continue to transform both user-facing features and internal developer workflows.
• Manage/build a team with a culture of technical excellence, customer obsession, partnership, and bias-to-action.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to achieve alignment on strategy roadmaps, drive coordinated execution against strategic goals, and ensure success for our customers.
• Optimize roadmap execution and adapt priorities to balance near-term customer needs with long-term strategic outcomes.
