As the Engineering Director for the Product Experimentation and Evaluations team, you will lead the transformation of Google's product testing and market impact assessment ecosystem for the AI era. You will develop and implement a strategy that shifts from fragmented, human-led analytics and experimentation platforms toward an integrated, agent-centric ecosystem optimized to rapidly provide trusted market insights. This will involve leveraging AI and agents to streamline experiment configuration, eliminate human toil, and guarantee the integrity of evaluation analysis.
Agentic development dramatically reduces the cost of feature implementation, resulting in market leadership being determined by the speed at which we are able to extract reliable insights from concurrent experiments. This role provides the opportunity to radically transform Google’s ability to ship the most impactful products.

US: $307000 - $427000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits
