Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Director of AI Platforms in Colorado to own the Halo platform roadmap and AI FinOps practice. You will drive enterprise adoption, governance, and executive reporting while building a high-performing team across platform engineering, product management, and program operations.

You will balance technical depth with strategic storytelling, ensuring scalable AI capabilities align with business goals in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading platform or product teams in enterprise technology environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Halo platform roadmap ownership and AI FinOps practice.
• Drive enterprise-wide platform adoption with measurable ROI.
• Establish governance, reporting, and coordination across Navigators and Accelerators teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies translating technical features into business value.
• Oversee cross-team program operations and executive reporting.
• Partner with IT and Security to meet enterprise architecture and security requirements.
