Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Director, AI Platforms to lead Halo platform strategy and operations. You will own the Halo roadmap, drive AI FinOps, and coordinate go-to-market and governance across platforms and accelerators.

You will build a high-impact team spanning platform engineering, product management, and program operations, aligning technical depth with business value. This role demands executive storytelling and strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading platform or product teams in enterprise tech.
• Experience with enterprise AI, cloud platforms (Azure) and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Halo platform roadmap ownership and governance.
• Drive AI FinOps, budgeting, and showback models.
• Develop GTM strategies translating tech into business value.
• Oversee cross-team program operations and executive reporting.
• Build and mentor platform owners and adoption specialists.
• Foster enterprise-wide platform adoption and governance.
