Job summary

84.51° is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to define and lead the AI Platform domain within Kroger Precision Marketing. You will shape the vision, build scalable capabilities, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams.

You will partner with executives to translate market signals into strategic roadmaps, establish governance, and accelerate productive, responsible AI delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product teams, domains, or portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to set long-term direction and connect roadmaps into a cohesive 18-month plan.
• Experience coaching Product Managers and improving roadmaps and outcomes.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, AI/ML product development, and governance.
• Proven ability to partner with Commercial and Strategy leaders to shape product direction.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture leaders.
• Cross-domain alignment across product domains to pursue shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI vision and strategy for how AI appears across KPM with customer value in mind.
• Lead the domain portfolio and align roadmaps to high-value bets and outcomes.
• Coach Product Managers to shape team vision and 18-month roadmaps.
• Define measurable domain outcomes for cross-functional teams to track.
• Build repeatable systems, standards, and decision frameworks for AI products.
• Scale reusable AI capabilities and tooling to reduce duplication.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Commercial and Strategy leaders.
• Align technical direction with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture.
• Coordinate across domains to align roadmaps and ownership.
• Stay ahead of market with AI strategy and retail media trends.
