Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Software Engineering (Finance) to own enterprise platforms enabling AI agents and GPU-accelerated workloads for NVIDIA employees. You will define platform strategy, lead runtime engineering for the AI Factory, and hire top engineering talent across the agentic stack.

You will drive architecture, reliability, and cross-functional leadership while collaborating with enterprise partners to broaden NVIDIA technologies' adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years building large-scale software or infrastructure, incl 8+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases and production operations.
• Strong product judgment with a record of delivering platforms that achieve meaningful adoption.
• Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy, priorities, targets, and execution plans aligned with NVIDIA's business goals.
• Lead runtime engineering for the AI Factory, offering scalable AI inference and secure environments for agents to run.
• Hire and retain top engineering talent across all layers of the agentic experience stack.
• Use and integrate NVIDIA's products and services into developer experiences.
• Drive architecture and operational excellence across reliability, performance, security, cost, and developer experience.
• Build high-performing teams and influence technical strategy with senior leaders across NVIDIA
