Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Director of Workforce Management to own end-to-end planning and workforce operations for Intuit Customer Success.

Lead a global team and turn $1.5B in annual service spend into optimal capacity, in the right place, at the right time, across multiple segments and peak events. You will drive AI-native forecasting, capacity strategy, and autonomous intraday decisions, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR to build a workforce center of excellence and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning: long-range capacity, annual/quarterly plans, peak/seasonal planning, scheduling, and intraday management for a multi-segment network.
• Lead forecasting and capacity strategy: demand forecasting, supply modeling, occupancy optimization, and routing decisions.
• Drive transition from manual WFM to autonomous, AI-native operations with models embedded in planning and intraday decisions.
• Manage WFM P&L at around $1.5B scale, balancing service level, cost, and expert experience.
• Build and scale a global WFM Center of Excellence across the U.S. and India.
• Lead a global team, develop capabilities, and raise AI fluency across the org.
