OpenRouter is seeking a Director of Customer Support to build and scale the next generation of technical support at OpenRouter. This is a builder role, not a pure leadership position.

We aim to deploy AI-native systems, automation, and developer tooling to deliver fast, accurate, deeply technical support at scale. The role leads our global support function, technical teams, and the systems powering customer experience, while hands-on with AI and automation to serve developers and enterprises

Formación

• 8+ years in technical support or support engineering.
• 4+ years leading teams through significant growth.
• Builder DNA: you have built or operated AI agents, automations, or critical systems.

• Build an AI-native support organization with automation and technical excellence.
