Job summary

PwC is seeking a Director, Solution Architect in AI-Native Engineering to lead innovative software delivery for Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on guiding end-to-end technology projects, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders within PwC, while upholding rigorous standards and governance.

Expect to drive strategic direction, promote technological advances, and balance business growth with quality and independence requirements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, three years of Technology Delivery experience per missing year of college.
• At least 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of AI technology experience (RAGs, LLM, AI Adoption).

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to meet client needs
• Managing end-to-end technology delivery processes with seamless integration
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and technology strategies
• Guiding teams in developing user stories and deliverable planning to enhance project delivery
• Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
