Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams and client engagement workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Translating business requirements into production-ready AI architectures.
• Applying NLP, retrieval, and agentic tech to solution design.
• Leading experimentation and evaluation for quality and performance.
• Developing AI applications using Python and APIs.
• Implementing MLOps/LLMOps for production systems.
• Ensuring security, privacy, and compliance across solutions.
• Guiding stakeholders to refine data-driven solutions.
