Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director to lead AI/ML driven modelling and simulation in Oncology Clinical Pharmacology. You will define model-based development strategies and deliver exposure–response analyses to support dose selection across programs.

You will work with cross-functional teams, applying innovative methodologies and driving regulatory submissions. A PhD in quantitative pharmacology with industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology or Pharmacometrics, or PharmD/Master with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in mechanistic PKPD and longitudinal disease modelling with proficiency in NONMEM or R.
• 3+ years planning and reporting clinical data analyses per industry standards.
• Expertise applying AI/ML in Clinical Pharmacology with innovative methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute model-based development strategies for oncology projects.
• Plan and conduct exposure–response analyses and dose selection.
• Apply AI/ML methods to enhance data use and trial efficiency.
• Present and defend model-based strategies to governance boards.
• Contribute to trial protocols, study reports and regulatory submissions.
