FICO is seeking a Director, AI Harness Engineering to lead a new team dedicated to making AI-assisted software development reliable at scale. You will design and build harness components and establish governance, tests, and quality gates while growing a regional harness engineering team.

You will collaborate with product and tech leadership to codify standards, drive observability, and ensure secure, maintainable outputs from AI agents across the organization.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background with experience in large, complex codebases and a focus on architecture, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience owning AI governance and cross-organizational quality standards, including LLM testing infrastructure and quality gates.
• Hands-on leadership with AI coding agents experience and a track record of building scalable engineering tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve the harness, guides, feedback loops, guardrails, and shared context for production-grade AI-enabled engineering.
• Lead a geographically distributed team of harness engineers and set quality bars across the organization.
• Define authority boundaries for agent merges, establish testing infrastructure, and ensure output quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive cross-organizational QA and quality-gating standards and measure impact with defined metrics.
