Job summary

1Password is seeking a Director of Product, AI Growth, to own growth for our AI opportunities and drive go-to-market with enterprise customers and developers. You will shape the growth thesis, identify target segments, and define outcomes that win on security and speed.

Lead cross-functional alignment and partnerships across teams to scale initiatives. You will lead the design customer program, coordinate teams for deployments, and translate customer evidence into scalable sales motions, while

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including revenue or adoption targets.
Experience owning strategy for a new product area or market entry.
Experience with enterprise customers on technical deployments and driving repeatable sales motions.
Experience building technology partnerships and integrations with business development support.

Responsibilities

Own growth thesis for 1Password AI opportunities and define target segments and outcomes.
Lead hypothesis testing using customer feedback, usage data, and market research with cross-functional teams.
Run weekly reviews to align voice of customer, feedback, and telemetry and adjust roadmap.
Drive design customer programs and pilot deployments with engineering and field teams.
