Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Developer & AI to lead strategy across DevX, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives. You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define roadmaps and outcomes for secure, agentic workflows and developer engagement.

The role requires deep collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional leaders to translate AI capabilities into durable product primitives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including leadership of senior PMs or portfolios.
• Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products.
• Track record of shipping developer tools, platforms, or security products.
• Strong familiarity with AI landscape, LLMs, orchestration, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to reason about AI capabilities and risks from a product/customer view.
• Understanding of identity, secrets management, access control, and secure design.
• Comfort working with highly technical engineers and teams.
• Ability to align long-term vision with near-term priorities and metrics.
• Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DevX, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
• Articulate customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
• Lead product definition for secure, agentic workflows for developers and AI agents.
• Translate AI capabilities and risks into durable product primitives.
• Collaborate with VP to align strategy with architecture and delivery.
• Foster strong product-engineering collaboration balancing innovation and platform integrity.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM for launches and integrations.
• Represent product strategy internally and externally with consistent messaging.
• Provide leadership in standards participation and developer advocacy.
• Position 1Password as a trusted AI/security product leader and mentor seniors.
