Job summary

OpenGov Inc. seeks a Director of Professional Services to lead project managers and implementation specialists who deliver OpenGov solutions on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

You will manage a delivery portfolio, align with Product and Engineering, and drive scalable, AI-enabled configurations and training across multiple customers. You will partner with executives to forecast, improve profitability, and ensure successful deployments while shaping product direction to

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading professional services delivery teams in a SaaS environment with direct P&L ownership.
• Experience applying AI-first approaches to delivery, configuration, documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability to influence roadmap priorities using delivery data and collaborate with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a disciplined delivery organization with hard financial targets and customer satisfaction.
• Direct project managers to deliver scope, schedule, and effort with rigor.
• Provide tools, standards, and training to deploy solutions across multiple customers.
• Oversee risk management, escalation handling, and forecast accuracy for the portfolio.
• Own portfolio profitability, margins, utilization, and hours-to-value metrics.
• Represent delivery in sales scoping and resourcing discussions.
