Job summary

Google LLC in Mountain View is seeking a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Solutions Enablement to scale value-driven GRC implementations. You will lead end-to-end enablement squads, aligning technical programs with legal and regulatory requirements and business goals across GA and Google.

The role requires deep GRC expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to communicate complex topics to executives, engineers, and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in GRC and ERM frameworks, operating models, tech ecosystems, and compliance operations.
• 10 years of leadership building and operating GRC/risk/compliance enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-define the GRC strategy and outcomes with GA leadership across Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Risk, Compliance, and Integrity.
• Set the AI-first GRC technology outlook and strategic roadmap with TRM Product and Engineering teams and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead GRC tech-enablement through all phases of implementation with TRM, directing requirements and design for template objects.
• Oversee a cohesive portfolio of interoperable GRC tech focused on legal and regulatory compliance and risk management for GA and Google.
• Act as a thought partner to senior executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
