Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/EE/CE with 6–8+ years in AI/ML.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI software components.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
• Invent model optimization techniques to improve performance and cost.
• Contribute to long-term AI platform roadmap and governance.
• Mentor and develop team members to grow AI expertise.
• Translate enterprise AI strategy into portfolio-level execution plans.
• Scale AI engineering practices through shared infrastructure and governance.
