Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Director to lead the Consumer Data Platform & Analytics Enablement within the Global CIA function in Milpitas, CA. The role focuses on delivering a Power BI‑first, AI‑enabled data ecosystem to empower scalable self‑service business data and reporting.

You will own the consumer data domain, manage its architectural presence in the lakehouse, and drive data governance, metadata, and AI integration to support growth and strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in consumer tech, electronics, or CPG preferred.
• Demonstrated history of business impact through data ecosystem development and leadership.
• Data modeling and harmonization experience across products and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Consumer division’s curated data layers and harmonization with external data.
• Drive AI-readiness, metadata curation, and governance documentation.
• Develop and operate the BI ecosystem (Power BI, Databricks) on the lakehouse platform for self-service analytics.
• Integrate AI into reporting to reveal trends and early warning signals.
• Partner with Consumer leadership to ensure reliable, efficient BI delivery.
