Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Director of Test Automation and Data Analytics to lead multiple teams building next-generation automation platforms for NPDE and Cost Entitlement. You will own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, establishing strategy and a multiyear roadmap to improve product cost and test quality.

You will drive test-program automation across diverse production lines and apply AI/ML to data analytics, yielding real-time insights and scalable solutions that support cost and quality

Qualifications

• Multiple years of combined experience in semiconductor test, automation, and AI/ML with production exposure to test-program development and data flows.
• Expert with modern automation and data stacks – Python, ML frameworks, and cloud-scale data platforms.
• Experience building and shipping automation platforms and data systems that serve production users at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable Test Automation and Data Analytics initiatives across multiple ATE platforms and production lines.
• Develop Test Method Libraries for reusable, standardized test methods.
• Implement AI-driven automation to reduce manual test workflows and optimize cost-of-test.
