Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor test, automation, and AI/ML with production exposure.

• Expertise with modern automation and data stacks: Python, ML frameworks, cloud-scale data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test automation and data analytics platforms for NPDE and Cost Entitlement teams.
• Define technical strategy and architecture for multi-ATE platforms and production lines.
• Develop AI agentic test automation and scalable test methods libraries across products.
• Create real-time analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision tools for manufacturing.
