Job summary

FICO is seeking a strategic, AI-savvy marketer to lead solution campaign marketing for North America growth accounts, driving awareness and qualified pipeline across an account universe. This role focuses on multi-channel campaigns and ABM handoffs to Pods, fueling initial ARR and expansion within existing customers.

The candidate will collaborate across digital, events, and SDR teams, shaping messaging and content for emails, webinars, and tradeshows. Travel 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience at a strategic level.
• Proven success running scalable, always-on campaigns across a large account base.
• Experience partnering with sales and executives to align goals and drive ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead NorAm growth account solution campaigns and define priorities.
• Collaborate with digital, events, and SDR teams; influence without direct authority.
• Design multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, ads, tradeshows) and govern budget.
• Partner with sales and Pod leadership for account handoffs to Pod-based ABM.
