Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic solution campaign marketing lead for NorAm growth accounts and orchestrate execution with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run scalable multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, advertising, events) to create awareness and convert to pipeline, with AI-first focus.
• Define the account journey and handoff process from first touch to Pod-ready.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline, new-logo, and initial ARR targets within assigned accounts.
