Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is transforming its technology landscape with cloud-native SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake and AWS. A Sr. Director will build a new software engineering capability and drive enterprise integration, APIs, and EDI platforms that connect SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce and Workday across the business.

You will lead AI-assisted development, forward-deployed teams, and robust DevSecOps practices to deliver scalable, secure solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise integration, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 8+ years in technical leadership delivering enterprise integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Integration Strategy with API-first and event-driven governance.
• Own integration platforms, APIs, EDI, and related tooling across SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce, Workday.
• Build and lead a modern software engineering capability with AI-enabled development.
• Champion forward-deployed engineering embedding developers with business teams.
• Enable AI agents and intelligent automation across lifecycle.
• Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design practices.
• Grow a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and EDI specialists.
