Qualifications

• 12+ years in security, intelligence, investigations, or related domain
• 8+ years of people management across distributed teams
• Track record of attracting and developing high-performing teams and leaders
• Strategic thinker with experience transforming organizational work and delivery
• Data-driven decision making with clarity in ambiguous problems
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders in engineering, product, policy, legal, and public affairs
• Experience developing multi-source, evidence-based findings for senior audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership to a multi-pod investigations organization across harm domains
• Own strategy and roadmap for investigations with prioritization and delivery in a changing environment
• Scale management bench by hiring, coaching, and growing managers and leads
• Drive AI-native transformation by redesigning investigations workflows
• Define and own metrics and operating cadence for the org
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to turn findings into enforcement and product changes
• Represent i3E to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Lead response posture for high-severity escalations
• Engage on cross-cutting strategic, operational, and people initiatives
