Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, sales operations, healthcare analytics, or consulting.
• 3 years of experience utilizing CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and market intelligence or data visualization platforms.
• 3 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to create actionable summaries or business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance sales workflows and accelerate lead generation.
• Champion ethical use of AI, ensuring transparency and data integrity across the lifecycle.
• Strategically apply analytics to identify pipeline opportunities and drive growth.
• Automate prospecting tasks and design AI-powered solutions to improve targeting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to drive top-of-funnel outreach and discovery conversations.
• Maintain data quality and CRM hygiene to support reliable pipeline reporting.
