Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of R2R Product Design within Corporate Finance Technologies (CFT). The role drives end-to-end design of journal processing, month-end close, and GenAI-enabled reporting across global R2R operations.

You will own the design roadmap, sign off on AI/integration initiatives, and influence finance and delivery partners. The position involves cross-functional leadership, a focus on architectural design, and a drive to modernize through automation while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years' ERP finance experience supporting Order-to-Cash.
• Deep functional expertise across the R2R lifecycle in a global multi-entity environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale finance transformation or ERP rollout.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven AI/automation use cases in finance operations with measurable value.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in enterprise finance.
• Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks (LangChain, etc.).
• Experience ensuring financial controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R product design strategy from concept through launch and iteration.
• Direct design, modification, and evaluation of R2R solutions across the portfolio.
• Partner with Product Owners to balance current-state support with forward design work.
• Build a performance framework for design quality, efficiency, and business value.
• Present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to Finance Technology leadership.
• Guide AI-enabled process redesign and governance in R2R programs.
