Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience leading enterprise digital solutions at global scale.
• Strong background in Quality, Food Safety, Manufacturing, or Regulatory operations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation projects using Agile and product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the digital roadmap for Quality & Food Safety from strategy to execution.
• Partner with Corporate QSE, Operating Units, and Technology teams to scale solutions.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and drive Agile adoption.
• Implement AI-powered analytics for predictive quality and real-time decisions.
• Develop integrated data platforms using Azure Data Services and PowerBI for governance.
