Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC Atlanta is seeking a Global Director of Quality Engineering to lead enterprise Quality 4.0, advance QEdge deployment, and shape digital quality strategies across our manufacturing network. You will drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled quality improvements at scale, partnering with Quality, Operations, and Digital teams.

The role requires advanced engineering leadership, global collaboration, and a track record of transforming quality systems in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality roles in regulated environments.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi‑site quality or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and process control.
• Proven experience applying digital technologies, analytics, and AI to improve manufacturing quality.
• Ability to connect quality performance to Cost of Quality and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Quality Engineering and Quality 4.0 strategy.
• Spearhead the development and deployment of QEdge as the digital quality platform.
• Act as global technical authority for quality engineering and digital systems.
• Standardize engineered quality systems including digital SPC and automated controls.
• Drive Cost of Quality transformation with cross-site programs, shifting investment upstream.
• Integrate automation, machine vision, sensors, and analytics into manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Digital and IT to define data architecture, system interoperability, and governance.
• Coach regional and plant SMEs in engineering-led problem solving and digital quality adoption.
