Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or sales.
- Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners.
- Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and quota attainment.
- Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle in Pittsburgh region from prospecting to close.
- Identify net-new opportunities through multiple lead channels including cold outreach.
- Lead client presentations and discovery sessions with proposal delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and legal to align goals and strategies.
- Manage pipeline and sales performance metrics in CRM to drive improvements.
- Travel regionally to support clients and prospecting as needed.
