Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead company-level Ads & Monetization programs. You will influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and embed AI into workflows while ensuring accountability for outcomes.

You will shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and mentor teams across product, engineering, data science, and design to deliver high-impact initiatives that move revenue and user value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management leading company-level programs that impact revenue.
• Experience leading large-scale ads/marketplace or ML/AI programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple orgs on high-risk initiatives.
• Contribute to company-level product/tech roadmaps with clear outcomes and durable execution plans.
• Expertise building accountability systems: metrics, governance, dependency tracking, executive reporting.
• Technical judgment to guide engineering through complex tradeoffs without being the primary designer.
• Experience using AI to speed up day-to-day program work with clear data privacy guardrails.
• BS in Engineering, CS, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market to deliver complex Ads programs.
• Own the metrics and accountability framework tying delivery to performance and experimentation.
• Establish decision frameworks, surface tradeoffs, manage dependencies, and accelerate alignment among executives.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship, sharing best practices and creating reusable tools for the TPM org.
