Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, CS, Data Science, Business, Robotics, GIS)
• 10+ years in product management or technology leadership
• 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams
• Proven success taking technology products from concept to commercialization
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams
• Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management
• Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready solutions
• Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership
• Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth, adoption, and profitability
