• Proven leadership in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and portfolio rationalization.
• Experience driving technology portfolio consolidation and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong experience with enterprise capability modeling and model-driven architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional transformation.
• Experience working in large, complex financial services or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead APM enablement and drive enterprise engagement to assess application fit and modernization opportunities.
• Drive rationalization of fragmented tools, EUCs, and vendor platforms.
• Define platform strategies and drive simplification of the technology landscape.
• Establish portfolio governance frameworks to turn recommendations into decisions.
• Drive data-driven decision-making with clear performance insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to align portfolio outcomes to business value.
