Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, or related enterprise tech.
• 5+ years leading diverse teams of data science, AI, automation, product, and technology professionals.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI, analytics, automation, or data products from strategy to production adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI analytics and automation roadmap aligned with Board goals and Audit priorities.
• Own the strategy, product roadmap, delivery, and adoption of AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Partner with Technology to architect and scale a unified audit platform with reusable data assets and enterprise-grade controls.
• Build destination talent by attracting and retaining top data science, AI engineering, and product professionals.
• Advise executives on AI value while managing data, model, and ethical risks.
• Shape a platform-based approach that reduces time to market and increases reuse across audits.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AI, risk, compliance, and business leaders to extend capabilities across the three lines of defense.
• Enable continuous monitoring and deeper data-driven insights to position Audit as an innovation beacon.
