Job summary

Fannie Mae is seeking a Senior Director of Modeling, Analytics and BI Platforms to drive data‑driven decisions and AI innovation. You will define vision, investment priorities and operating model for platforms enabling model development and enterprise reporting.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape how models are built and used, and ensure secure, scalable analytics aligned with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, analytics, data, AI/ML, BI or related tech domains.
• 5+ years leading product teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps and investments for complex platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Experience delivering data/analytics/BI solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong PM, agile delivery and value realization practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or data science; advanced degree a plus. Desirable: lending/credit/risk analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for analytics, AI, modeling and BI products.
• Align product portfolio to enterprise goals and outcomes.
• Lead enterprise BI, reporting and self‑service analytics capabilities.
• Oversee delivery, adoption and lifecycle management; optimize value and satisfaction.
• Partner with business, tech, data and risk leaders to set priorities and governance.
• Lead and develop product teams; foster innovation, accountability and customer focus.
