Job summary

HERE Technologies is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture to define and evolve the enterprise-wide architectural strategy that underpins our AI ambitions and enterprise goals. You will lead a small EA team and partner with Solution Architects and engineering to ensure consistency, reusability, and cost efficiency across cloud platforms and AI capabilities.

You will own enterprise reference architectures, guardrails, and AI lifecycle governance, driving adoption, reducing technical debt,

Qualifications

15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 8+ years.
Leading AI transformation and evolving Enterprise Architecture into a high-impact function.
Defining and executing enterprise-scale architecture strategies.
Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, DevOps, and platform engineering.
Experience operating in large-scale, global, multi-product environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Enterprise Architecture team aligned to HERE’s platform and product strategy.
Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps.
Drive architectural consistency across developer platforms, shared services, APIs, and internal tooling.
Own enterprise reference architectures, standards, and guardrails for platform and AI capabilities; partner with Solution Architects and delivery teams who design and implement project-specific solutions using these patterns.
Lead architectural strategy for AI/ML and Generative AI across HERE, including data platforms and pipelines, model integration and lifecycle management, governance, and compliance.
