The role is hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) with executive visibility and impact, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee-facing tech or productivity teams with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows.
• Comfortable driving technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• Strong knowledge of modern productivity stacks (Atlassian, Glean, Workato, Google Workspace).
• Proven change-management and communication skills.
• Alignment with Priceline values.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and product direction for AI productivity platforms.
• Own adoption with measurable success metrics and roadmap.
• Lead change management and internal communications.
• Manage a distributed team; provide architecture guidance and mentor growth.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, HR, Legal and Brand leaders.
• Develop and enforce Responsible AI guardrails.
