Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Proactive Servicing to own the AI-powered supplier resolution strategy across multiple workstreams. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering with engineering, data science, and operations to design scalable AI-driven solutions that improve travel experiences.

You will define KPIs, drive end-to-end execution, and communicate progress to senior leadership while ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable business

Qualifications

• 12+ years for Bachelors, 10+ years for Masters in related roles.
• Proven experience defining and launching zero-to-one strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading AI/ML powered products with influence at senior levels.
• Strong ability to translate SOPs into scalable resolution strategies with measurements.

Responsibilities

• Own Zero-to-One Vision and Strategy for Supplier Resolution in AI-driven proactive servicing.
• Drive a multi-workstream roadmap across supplier engagement, workflows, operations, and AI agents.
• Lead AI/ML solution strategy including agentic AI, conversational AI, and workflow orchestration.
• Define KPIs for automation, resolution success, time-to-resolution, and cost-to-serve and monitor them.
