Mars Incorporated is seeking a Director, Data Stewardship and Commercial Solutions to lead a team delivering AI-enabled digital products that support Category Management, Sourcing & Contracting, SQA, Sustainability, and CoE. The role drives the Commercial digital strategy, governance, and data literacy across Mars.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of experience in data, digital, analytics, technology, or related business functions.
Experience leading teams responsible for digital products, data, or business solutions.
Experience developing and executing digital or data strategies.
Experience with data governance, stewardship, and quality management.

Responsibilities

Develop, communicate, and execute the digital strategy for the Commercial organization.
Establish governance and quality frameworks for Commercial data domains and ensure data integrity and compliance.
Serve as a primary data steward for the Commercial function and collaborate with other data stewards.
Champion data literacy and build capabilities across the Commercial organization and with the central Data & Analytics team.
