Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Manager to own and operationalize its Compliance AI technology and data strategy across the 2nd line Corporate Compliance function. You will be the primary technical liaison to cross-functional AI teams, establishing standards for AI tools, data use, and guardrails within Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/DS/IS/Math/Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or J.D. preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 10+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory technology, or risk management with familiarity with BSA/AML and related regulations.
• 8+ years in data management, analytics, data governance, data architecture, AI/ML, or AI governance in regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Compliance AI technology and data strategy, roadmap, and architecture decisions.
• Lead engagement with cross-functional AI teams as the Compliance contact for data & technology initiatives.
• Set standards for AI tools, LLMs, and data use within Compliance, including guardrails.
• Design and deploy AI agents and workflows to enhance monitoring, operations, and reporting.
• Build the AI monitoring framework, model performance tracking, drift detection, and validation protocols.
• Run Testing & Monitoring for compliance data and systems, including test plans and data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to translate compliance risk into actionable metrics for leadership.
